The World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) has published its 2022 List of Prohibited Substances and Methods.
Whether you’re an athlete, coach, physio or doctor, it’s vital you are aware of the changes, so you don’t get caught out and end up with a ban from sport.
The following resources are now available to read on WADA’s website:

We can help you with any concerns you have about the prohibited status of your medications or their ingredients, and you can check these on the Global DRO website.
If you’re taking a supplement, UKAD is only able to advise about the risks and can’t guarantee that any supplement product is free from containing banned substances. If you do decide to take a supplement, we recommend using a risk minimisation programme like the one offered by LGC, known as Informed Sport. Assess the need, assess the risk and assess the consequences – no supplement is risk free!
If you’re still uncertain, please get in touch via our substance enquiry line. If in doubt, ask for help!
